The Beginning!

thinspo quote:
the beginning is always the hardest

hey girls! :)
i think the quote i found is just perfect for today! i just have to make it through these next couple of days and get back on track of things.
so far, today is going pretty good! i haven't eaten anything and have drank two in a half bottles of water. in a few minutes i have to go meet my friend brittany in at the caf. i was planning on having the smallest size salad they offered, but i was sitting in class a few minutes ago craving pasta. pasta is carbs and as we all know carbs go straight to our stomach and hips and thighs. so screw pasta. i am never going to be thin if i eat that crap anyway. i am so hungry right now my stomach is aching. so ana is back! i feel her inside of me. i love that feeling.
i don't think i will get they chance of going to the gym today. but--i promise all of you that i'll go tomorrow.
stray stong, think thin :)
here's some of my favourite thinspiration :
i want to be her :) doesn't she just have to perfect body?

demi lovato is another big thinspiration of mine!

  1. Hello there! You're so right, getting back on track or starting over requires and extra strong will; but, after all, we're here to help each other, right? Good luck tomorrow and keep us posted! And the pictures- oh my, I wish my legs looked like that...

    Lots of love,
    Lu.

  3. Thank you for becoming a follower to my Bigger Fatter Blog. We are the go to source for reverse thinspo. BTW, how did you find my blog?

On a serious note: We think that being lean is a good thing but we don't think that the end always justifies the means. I ask that you lose weight sensibly and safely.

Starvation and very lo calorie diets simply do not work long term. To maintain a healthy low weight ie a BMI above 18 you have to get their gradually.Rome wasn't built in a day.

Skinny woman are hot and today they are rare and that makes them even hotter but if you go the starvation route not only will you damage your health you will eventually get fat and weak.

Please be smart about this and learn all you can about nutrition.

  5. One more thing.

The rule of thumb for safe and sustained weight loss in one pound per week per 100 pounds of body weight. To determine how many calories a day that is you need to know your BMR or Basal Metabolic rate. I t sound complicated but it is really simple. Go to this site and use their free metabolic calculator http://www.stevenscreek.com/goodies/calories.shtml

It will tell you your BMR. That is the least amount you can eat and still be safe. If you eat at late level you will lose over 1 pound per week. As you body weight decreases you will need to recalculate.

I know this is probably not fast enough for you but at 5'5" and 135 you are not overweight. Scales are only a tool. Make sure you measure your waist and hips. At 5'5" a size 0 probably can't happen but a 2 probably can.

Be safe and smart about this.
