To determine how many calories a day that is you need to know your BMR or Basal Metabolic rate. I t sound complicated but it is really simple. Go to this site and use their free metabolic calculator http://www.stevenscreek.com/goodies/calories.shtml

It will tell you your BMR. That is the least amount you can eat and still be safe. If you eat at late level you will lose over 1 pound per week. As you body weight decreases you will need to recalculate.

I know this is probably not fast enough for you but at 5'5" and 135 you are not overweight. Scales are only a tool. Make sure you measure your waist and hips. At 5'5" a size 0 probably can't happen but a 2 probably can.

Be safe and smart about this.Fat Bastardohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03839915109115122588noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5481486960338932576.post-12882198888220044682011-01-21T16:55:58.331-05:002011-01-21T16:55:58.331-05:00hey htanx for following me im following u as well ...hey htanx for following me im following u as well nowDanihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08384135034785199338noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5481486960338932576.post-964927318973058622011-01-21T16:43:31.406-05:002011-01-21T16:43:31.406-05:00Thank you for becoming a follower to my Bigger Fat...Thank you for becoming a follower to my Bigger Fatter Blog.
